David A. Huff

To whom it may concern,

I was detained (misdemeanor offense) with no criminal record, on the bottom floor in OPP during the disaster that ensued as a result of our abandonment during Hurricane Katrina.

Moreover, what occurred to the group that I was part of was equally heinous from our temporary stay in Baton Rouge to our treatment at the unfinished maximum security facility in Bossier City. This has had a tremendous impact on me and the nightmares are relentless in the pursuit of my piece of mind.

Could someone please point me in the direction of any class action litigation that exists. I am seeking a redress of my grievances and willing to blow the whistle on the crimes against humanity that were prevalent during and after the storm.

Most sincerely,

David A. Huff
